“We’re all just quantum photons in a Dirac sea! Existence isn’t inherently meaningful! Stop looking for answers!”

Cool Story Bro

If there's such "valuable truths", why haven't you brought them up and discussed them then?

That’s...why I posted it...

LOL, why do you keep putting words in my mouth.

Just trying to understand your line of thought

In reality, those "truths" can be found in many other places.

Oh, really? I assume you mean they can be found surrounded by less “bullshit” and they are more accurately conveyed? What is this source you are referring to, because I can’t think of anything beyond maybe “the kybalion” and some tiny, poorly documented, nearly scrubbed from the record schools of Gnostic thought. I’d really be interested in any other (presumably superior) sources of these truths

Maybe we’re just looking at things from fundamentally different angles... I think “existence” is “meaningful”, no matter what, regardless of what our limited perception can register and our brains can interpret as “meaningful” or “meaningless” - so that’s why I saw what you said as nihilistic

Just as an example - a child is born severely severely disabled - to some outside observer (and potentially the individual themselves, depending on the severity of impairment) - their existence is “meaningless” - but I guarantee that in the “full picture” this appearance vanishes, to every “individual party” involved, as the web of connections and impacts is drawn and understood - but that’s just a story that makes sense to me, I’m always looking to hear the stories that make sense to others

Where did I say I rejected everything he said?

Ok... so it’s just sprinkled with “bullshit” that you “don’t buy”...but it also contains valuable truths worth discussing? Is that correct? And you chose to skip over those entirely to discuss exclusively the “bullshit”?

That just doesn’t make sense to me

Why does objective reality need to illuminate my understanding of existence? It is what it is.

You just said that existence is meaningless. That’s textbook nihilism LOL

Graphenium 1 point ago +1 / -0

It is what it is.

Ehhhh that’s some of that materialist-reductionist thinking I was hoping to avoid. You might not see it this way, but you are living out Nietzsche’s death of God. Through no fault of your own necessarily, merely the society we are born into, and remain in unless we allow ourselves to leave.

Cheers big guy

So wait, you’re rejecting this (the OP) understanding of the world, in favor of what, exactly?

And if it isn’t clear, I’m not posting this to suggest that all of it is literally true and it’s the explanation behind anything - it could be total non-sense - BUT - it’s probably the best explanation I’ve come across for many of these essential, and incredibly difficult, questions relating to our existence both physical and spiritual.

I guess part of the reason I posted it, is to see if anyone has come up with anything better?

So the existence of free-will explains the existence of evil...but free-will doesn’t... necessarily.... exist? Do I have that right? And that philosophy illuminates your understanding of existence how?

1
Graphenium 1 point ago +1 / -0

And you don’t think that link tells an incredibly interesting “story” (or “explanation”) behind the existence of free will? You just pushed my question back slightly - why is free will a necessity in your world view? It isn’t really supported by the materialist-reductionist-Scientism world view, so you must have found some “story” you like as the explanation, am I right?

Maybe both titles suck... what would you go with? I want it to grab your attention without people preemptively sloughing it off as too “zany”...

1
Graphenium 1 point ago +1 / -0

It explains the “necessity of evil” better than I’ve ever seen it explained (though obviously many have attempted to answer the question of “why does evil exist”-to varying degrees of satisfaction)

How do you grapple with that one?

“Purported member of secret group sheds Light on various aspects of the world and life-as-you-think-you-know-it”

Do you really prefer that?

Unironically this feels closer to reality than the other options I’ve come across in my searches. You just took most of it from the Law of One / Hidden Hand interview, but regardless, it still resonates - post this shit on ConPro and use your alts to upvote it, I’d be interested in the convo it sparks

Sirhan didn’t kill Bobby, it was Bobby’s bodyman right behind him. Sirhan is one of the most obviously MK’d individuals I’ve seen. He’s on parole because the family (the ones who aren’t proven assets at least - rfk jr. namely) don’t think he was guilty

Edit- my bad, misinterpreted the title lol!

Counterpoint:

Most websites that mention “akashic records” will have pictures that look like this all over the page. These look like an AI generated attempt at those Chakra map pictures like:

You seem to have been fucked by an angle, probably a 90* angle on a marble table you were dropped head first onto?

Some real nightmare fuel in those videos lol! Pretty interesting idea though

Hah, honestly I wish they even attempted that.

All I ever see on this topic from “mainstream” perspectives is “hoax!!!”

There is a really interesting link to red hair/pale complexions regarding this topic of “giants” or “children of the Nephilim”

Here is a documentary on the subject, from the zoomed-in perspective of a tribe of New Zealanders and their familial memories/stories of living with the giants:

No, they are not fallen angels or demons.

I see them mostly likely as being either the result of intense genetic modification - from an earlier “height” of human civilization, perhaps just pre-diluvian, perhaps even older - or possibly - “extra terrestrial” in some respect.

Where does what you’ve seen lead you?

Read a great book on this, called Going Clear - mainly about Hubbard and Scientology but gave a lot of interesting info on Parsons too

One more thing I’ve been thinking about recently:

Given the ability of the Great Pyramid to focus/channel energy I think it’s entirely plausible that during the cyclical catastrophes that affect the Earth, pyramids and similar structures might be one of the few safe places for humans to wait out the event (like massive EM storms/solar flares/pole shifts/potentially things like asteroid impacts/etc)
