You are referring to Matthew 24:34. Context is important. In the preceding paragraph, Jesus detailed the events of the Great Tribulation. We know from Daniel’s prophecy that this period of time from the beginning of the Tribulation to Christ’s return is to be about 7 years. A few verses earlier in Matthew, the reason was given, “And if those days had not been cut short, no human being would be saved. But for the sake of the elect those days will be cut short.”
The meaning is that once the Tribulation begins, that particular generation “will not pass away until all these things take place.”
Faith in Jesus the Messiah and that his return is closer than ever before. He is the one thing that never changes- the sold rock, a sure foundation- and God’s promises are sure come to pass. There is work, and surely some hard times ahead, but I can flip to the last pages of Revelation to see who wins.
Yes, they are career politicians, so yes, they are fluent in politispeak.
I don’t trust any of then, but they say they are going to resist. To me, that’s positive.

There are a few in various places. The mask has really come off the establishment Republicans in the last few years in that they fight conservatives harder than they fight Democrats, if at all.
Just saw this and looked them up. Those people could hardly have done more to defy the teaching and commands of Christ from overthrowing the government to promoting polygamy and executions without trial. There are always pretenders, false teachers, and antichrists. Yeshua himself warns us of them. It’s clear those so called Anabaptist never knew Yeshua and He never knew them.
