IDK, but may be it is better to add a short howto about using block button for new users. In such way, new user will be able to block garbage and began to use this place normally.
Since you don't have full access to forum engine, you don't have enough instruments to effectively block influx of liberal and Israel trolls here. However, regular users have a tool to clean up things, just not aware of it at start. IDK, if even list of most blocked users is available for mods here.

Pipes cracks, electric grid overloads and so on, Have nothing to do with fuel, really, but everything to do with corruption of local bureaucrats stealing money from infrastructure projects.This winter I had to start generator only twice, which is pretty low figure, really. Of course, those bureaucrats, who was in charge kind of punished or dismissed or moved to another position, but everything goes the same year by year. :)
It's funny, but "heating failures" in towns are not hardest problems or whatever. They fixed pretty fast, and relatively rare - once or twice a year only at severe temperatures. The main winter problem is when suddenly snow falls on the roads. In winter, yes. And always it is suddenly and none of bureaucrats ever prepared for snowfall and all that stuff. THAT is Russian winter disaster not that "heating failures". :) But seems nobody in the West want to know about that fact.

As for "frozen West" - it is kind of funny. That Russian "heating failures" is how most of Nothern Europe lives every single winter for centuries. In Russia, +20-23°С in every single indoor square meter is a must. If temperature drops to +18°C or below in any indoor facility of apartment it is accounted as "heating failure", officially, and bureaucrats are punished if they allowed things reach that point. At the same time, in Europe it is normal to keep warm only living rooms. Idiocy, inability, greed, stupid engineering tradition or whatever. Long before any current European problems with fuel. So, Russian "heating failure" is just a standard situation accounted as normal for any European household. :)

"Official" BTC exchanges does not generate any transactions profitable for miners, all that huge BTC "trade" happens internally, without any records in blockchain, so without any profit for miners. I 100% shure that idiots from gov will try to do exactly same thing - their "big" and "serious" "trading" will generate ZERO income for miners. Those who really use BTC, through transactions, will easily abandon BTC in case of any signs of control or manipulation. Despite their transactions are tiny in total, comparing with exchange turnover, only this real transactions make BTC alive. As all that small real transactions disappear, there will be no any reason for miners to keep BTC blockchain running. They will switch to another coins where real people transactions happens. And all that stock circuses will find themselves with digits on accounts that is completely sensless, since there will be no any backbone of miners and real transactions. Even if state will buld their own mining farms, there will be no real transactions to profit that mining farms eating hell tons of electric power. Also, it will be self-unwinding fuckup, since less real transactions will mean longer confirmation times, and longer confirmation times will force other real users to abandon BTC, so lowering transaction rate even more. When real transaction will take weeks even with large transaction fee, there will be no real users for such coin.
