I doubt that here anybody will bother to find out what SPBGUP is, find contacts and write or call to it. Too little audience to find so charged person. I think something like twitter or reddit is much more suitable for that. AFAIK you could make a few posts in such places before they will began to demand your phone number. Also, that photos is definitely not enough to induce any consequences for him at all, even if somebody will really connect with his university.
In the best case this place could be used to show somebody (some western person under influence of western propaganda) as a "proof" of "doxxing", nothing more. :)
Funnily enough a fag did get expelled from his university and fined for putting on makeup on a TikTok. Having just checked Kirill’s instagrams they’re both private and he’s removed the phone number, cross link to the other account on the description, etc.
I’m convinced he posted this and wants to get assaulted or fined so he can run to the west. The fag that got expelled from his university for a video where he put makeup on and then sold his story to western news outlets and the fag Artyom Sakharov who has got himself fined repeatedly and then crowdfunds for westerners to donate to him so he can pay his fine makes me convinced that OP is Kirill himself lol.
