Low quality posts like this don't contribute to the conversation, but instead encourage the viewer the user to hate these people because "dude trust me bro!". If anything, the fact that a post like this would make tourists think our hatred is blind makes it glow pretty hard.

In case it needs to be said, the whole drone darts thing is very likely a joke made over drinks during downtime. However, it does give us an insight into the mentality of the people at the FDA.
