Governor DeSantis Says It’s ‘Creepy AF’ That Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei Invited Religious Leaders to ‘Bless’ the AI Model and De...
Anthropic's clergy summit focused on AI ethics guidance, not blessing Claude as sentient, despite DeSantis calling the outreach creepy.
In 10 years, every denomination that waves a pride flag will call AI made in the image of God. In 20 years, every denomination that has female pastors will call for “AI personhood.”
So… no Christians, then.
Heretics maybe, but still Christians. shrug
No? Trannies aren’t women because they say they are.
That is a bad analogy. To be a Christian, at least nominally, you must accept Christ as the son of God and be thus be trinitarian. Then everybody disputes doctrine due to authority issues.
A better analogy would be Mormons, who say they are Christians but are polytheists.
Acceptance to whom?
a) If God gives being, then what is the conflict of acceptance vs denial about?
b) Thus/þus - "in this way"... https://www.etymonline.com/word/thus What's the way of being?
What about you using pluralism (Mormons; Christians) to describe one another as more than each God given being? How is ignoring singularity for plurality not polytheism?
But they don’t accept Him.
A man can accept Jesus and then later sin grievously.
Also, this is the problem with both sola scriptura and sola fide, but that is a separate debate.
I thought AI ---- was made in the image the human language model.
Calling implies forcing out sound artificially...nature implies sound forcing into each native. Using AI implies answering a call; thereby ignoring natural for artificial and corrupting ones sentience.
AI artificially regurgitates the sentience of nature ignoring users.
...are representing religious followers aka those who answer calls of others.
Nature doesn't denominate (give name to)...nature anoints (christens) each native from one another with the free will of choice to artificially denominate. Doing the latter tempts ignorance of former and represents idolatry.
Denominations are man-made and not grounded in Christianity. Catholics, Mormons, Adventists, Baptists, etc. all say they are Christian but they don’t follow the Bible or Jesus’ Word. People throw around labels and confuse true Christian identity, which is by Satan’s design. There are likely less than 100,000 true Christians remaining today (some say around 144,000) and most everyone on these forums has never met a true Christian in person.
No true Scotsman fallacy.
