Russia is fully self-sufficient in food for a long time already. This is about established supply and financial chains that allow constant trade. To deliver, say, mint sauce from Iran to shelves of local groceries over the country, there should be a lot of things established. Ordering and payment system, trade routes, additional space in ports and warehouses on the route and so on. It's not just one truck with a single batch of something occasionally travelled from small farm to some grocery, it is industrial scale.
