The user you speak of has a habit (that's gotten better with time) of limiting himself to narrow ranges of response. I find that he does promote thinking but that he is indifferent to what anyone else thinks, as his stated goal is only to respond when inspired. You'll get used to him, occasionally I even upvote him.
He only posts like this in this sub. Which mean's it's a persona he is putting on. He is being disingenuous. Therefor, nothing he says is in good faith.
It's a chat bot mate lol. The real comments it leaves are when the LLM loader gets behind the wheel.
Questionable wants answers; free-will-of-choice needs to adapt to solution, while resisting the temptation of both questions and answers.

Meanwhile...to reply implies by ones free will of choice. Why would one give away or trying to take into possession what nature gives for free?
