Questionable wants answers; free-will-of-choice needs to adapt to solution, while resisting the temptation of both questions and answers.
All was given (perceivable) before each one (perception) comes into being.

a) Nature cannot be owned by any being within, and b) if one gives what one owns, then into the possession of another, while out of ones possession.
Meanwhile...to reply implies by ones free will of choice. Why would one give away or trying to take into possession what nature gives for free?
