Everybody knows how badly people got screwed over with mercury amalgam fillings. Now we are in the age of plastics, and we're wondering why so many people are effected by plastic toxicity creating all these soyboys.
Forget plastic water bottles or tupperware. Not to say those can't have an impact, but if you've got plastic literally in your mouth constantly under varying pH conditions, you're leaching far more than plain water in a bottle would.
Sure enough, when I looked up if BPA was in modern dental fillings, it is. What are the odds? The dental websites claim it all dissipates soon after the filling. Anything after that is negligible they say. But didn't they say the same about Mercury fillings? "Don't worry it isn't going anywhere, it is very secure in there". Bullshit, I say use your common sense.
Never thought about it. It's a multi-pronged attack on our biology, psychology and spirituality. Even if we make efforts to lower our exposure to toxic environment we're still oblivious to most of it.
I try to detox regularly at this point. Cruciferous vegetables, b vitamins, probiotics, fasting, sweating, and heavy metal chelation
Some things less frequently than others, for obvious reasons.
People have forgot how important fasting is.
Fasting is tough since it can expose your nutrient deficiencies. Many people are deficient in potassium and magnesium which will really show itself during a water fast. It's why juice fasts are probably the best bet for most people. Assuming it is a quality juice potassium will be high. Carrot juice is optimal IMHO, very high in minerals and low in sugar compared to most juice.
Just a glass or two throughout the day, and the rest of the time sipping sugar free electrolyte water along with small amounts of b vitamins.
They come at us from every angle. Virtually impossible to target individual people, so it's a blanket attack
I think we're at the point where the technology allows for individuals to be targeted. This was the maim purpose of data harvesting through internet and especially social media and smart gadgets.
Now we are, but blanket techniques are the primary vehicle. I would expect individuals to be targeted increasingly as manufacturing of desired devices and AI become dominant. It's going to be hard to differentiate between truth and mental illness in the near future. I'm older and I truly feel bad for future generations.
I haven’t been to a dentist in over 30 years and don’t plan to ever go again. Don’t eat processed sugar. Oil pull with coconut oil on occasion. Don’t floss. Drink raw milk and eat a high protein diet for your enamel. Brush no more than 2x per day. Listen to mouth, gums, and teeth-healing frequencies. Avoid fluoridated water. Never get root canals, pull your tooth instead if absolutely necessary.
Oil pull? QRD? And why not floss?
An oil pull is a method of using something like coconut oil and letting it set in your mouth for an extended period of time to allow it to 'pull' shit out from the deepest recesses of your teeth and gum line.
A co worker of mine was all about this a few years ago. I thought it was stupid and looked it up, saw that it was being heavily promoted by Indians and dismissed it entirely.
It didn't work for him. At all. He ended up getting a full set of dentures.
So, homeopathy-tier trash.
Yeah, that's a good rule in general. Especially for health practices.
Iodine happens to be pro androgenic (works against estrogenic compounds). Is that why I got more mental clarity doing high dose iodine?
If you could some day truly comprehend (even after all the years of white coat brainwashing) the degree to which nearly all dentists are scamming psychopaths, you'd never go near one again.
They literally hollow out and fill completely healthy teeth as a matter of standard practice.
Sizing you up and calculating the probability of getting caught is what they're actually doing when you enter their office.
Now that I know how to take care of my teeth, when they say "you have a small cavity" I say "can we wait on this until next time? Let's see if it heals on its own" They usually admit it can. And then I just come back in 6 months later for the next cleaning.

That's a no no.
Plus they want to give your kids huge doses of Fluoride and x-ray their head every six months.
