If the policies and practices were made fair, dishonorable men would immediately try to get them changed back. If you set up your own Switter or Fwitter, dishonorable men would immediately try to infiltrate it. You can go on in this vein.
The problem is dishonorable men and their dishonorable acts. Setting up new servers and writing new code and camping in the wilderness off the grid will never permanently alter that.
