Moses and the Israelites were Arabs in Yemen who went to Ethiopia NOT Egypt. Exodus of 1446 BC was only within Punt, from one region to another. There were several jewish kingdoms and tribes in the Arab peninsula before Islam. It's even mentioned in the Quran.
