Nothing ruins a video like having to watch some dude point and nod at the bottom of the screen while he stares longingly at himself.

There really isn't a lot of content in this video. It's informative, and for those that need to know. It's a short form video for this guys followers, and people viewing content on phones.

The suggestion here is towards "we're living in a simulation!" That is incorrect, which is why it is allowed to be promoted on the Joe Rogan Experience.

The “holographic universe theory” was way more complicated and believable before it was deduced to the more vulgar and pop science “simulation theory.”

You know, I remember being intrigued by the idea of the holographic universe as well, way back when I first heard about it God knows how many years ago. Just like the discovery of galaxies outside our own--which was not that long ago--it really raised the possibility of a greatly expanded understanding of the Universe.

But it's depressing to realize that somewhere along the line, I abandoned all hope that Science(tm) would ever get to the bottom of that issue or any other. You know, not unless it meant we should sterilize ourselves or send more money to Israel or something.

I just started reading Stalking the Wild Pendulum and so far it's wonderful. First I've heard about it.

I'd never heard of that book before, so thanks for the tip. I grabbed a copy and, as I did, noticed that it was first published in 1977 and began with this:

Dedicated to those individuals who are trying to pull together diverse aspects of nature into one new, meaningful whole ...

I remember those times and all the varied areas of investigation. Books like this were just one, but people were also interested in ideas like detecting auras with Kirlian photography, regrowing limbs like axolotls, psychic phenomena like telepathy and precognition, personal computers right in your own home, it went on and on.

It felt like the world was on the verge of great leaps of human development. It's impossible to describe that sense of potential, but I can only say it has all been lost. I'm glad you picked up a shard of something that was once much larger.

npc

NON - Being implies within everything perceivable, others utilize suggested nihil-ism to tempt ones de-nial of perceivable for suggested. Nihilo (nothing).

PLAYER - Art thou alive (perception) or is it fancy plays (suggestion) upon our eyesight? You are being played; while being game for hunters.

CHARACTER - Aka a particular aspect (perception within perceivable) or configuration (perception underneath suggested).

the majority

Nature doesn't show the majority...others suggest the-ism (the) and collectivism (majority) to distract one from being minor (ones growth) within major (all loss). Consenting to suggested the-ism tempts one under the authority of another, while being collectivized into many.

cliche

Aka stereotype...STEREO (Greek stereos; solid) + TYPE (Latin typus; form). Solid form (life) implies within liquid flow (inception towards death), and solid (partial ones) within fluid (whole oneness) implies MONO (one; single, alone).

Cliche isn't the issue, but the status quo of being...it's suggested idealism, which tempts one to ignore IDE'A (to see; to perceive).
