Not necessary. Quotation mark separates link from parameters. If there are no parameters left, quotation mark is just senseless and could be deleted. Ampersand (&) separates parameters from each other. Often you need to delete only some of parameters, like facebook traking "fbclid", so they need to be deleted with their respective "&" separators.
I'm not the OP here. I was admonished in the past and have corrected my bad behavior since. I was curious about the question mark just to make sure I'm getting it right
This mission was first supposed to happen in 2003 I believe. The first alleged moon landings, from conception to completion, could fit in that delay window almost twice. I'm not sure how people keep fooling themselves.
(Because we never went there and we possibly still cannot)
yup , it just wouldn't make any sense that they are legitimately behind schedule! because everyone knows government projects are always perfectly on time!
Watch this amazing documentary about the moon landing hoax https://youtu.be/KpuKu3F0BvY?si=UMSVa4Wwf6QRp-iB
I was removing the question mark also after being admonished here. Should the question mark be removed also?

Thank you for the Internet lesson. I learned computer programming back in ~1975, but the Internet wasn't around then.

Good to know. In this case, I want them to know it was me

Oh don't you worry, they can get to the moon easily. It's getting back to earth that they're having trouble with ;)
Never happened, never will happen.
Earth is not a spinning ball.
Post proof of your claims. If we are not a spinning ball, what are we?
Post proof. Also one of the main arguments against the moon landing story is that we couldn’t safely pass through van Allen radiation belts
I WOULD GO BACK IN A NANO-SECOND
Once NASA lands on the moon again and we have live footage and pictures, people will claim anyway that it's all fake.

The white man walked on the Moon and nothing you say or do will ever take that from us.
Three faggot Freemasons pretended to go to the moon. And two of them badly acted a moon walk. Fuck NASA.
No one will ever believe you.
this... cant get to the moon with rainbow haired faggots...
