Every day I see the world falling to shit around me. Things are only getting worse and worse and I feel powerless to do anything.
It is so hard not to feel completely hopeless at this point. Are there any white pills left?

Nothing has changed. You only perceive it as change when you learn.
You control one thing that is important. And it is your reaction.
Just focus on the improvements you can make. And how you can perhaps guide others to find improvements.

Hopelessness contains its own white pill.
Anyone who is hopeless or in despair about the state of the world is a wordly being. A being whose mood, temperment, and initiative is at the mercy of the physical conditions surrounding them. In other words, a slave to the world.
So your recognization of hopelessness within you represents an opportunity. It's the opportunity that subsumes and transcends all other opportunities. Will you resist or wallow in this movement of hopelessness or will you have it purged from your being? Will you cease from correcting it so that it is starved of continuity: hopelessness vanishing from you and thereby transforming your perception of the world?
The world appears as shit because you have shit-colored lenses. Do not be foolish by persuing rose-colored lenses to correct the shit-colored ones. Dispense with all lenses. Dispense with the need to have a lense. Dispense with the need to remove a lense. Dispense with correcting the mind and the mind corrects itself. Take the white pill.
Know that there are two different states of "not giving a shit" which can be confused as they can appear similar from the outside.
There is the common one which is like "There is nothing worth giving a shit".
And the rare one which is like "Seeing that nothing is worthy nor unworthy, where is there space to give a shit?".
These two are unrelated. The former is resigning himself to the fact that he may never give a shit again. The latter is not bound by giving a shit or not giving a shit. The entire subject never crosses his mind. It's finished.
The fact they felt the need to tease the alien card and got little traction whilst everyday more normies are noticing the blatant fascism of the federal government and many of the covidiots are starting to try and blend in with us are all wins.

In my opinion, we're seeing baby versions of the book of Revelation/Daniel/Mathew 24 play out now. Contractions/Birth pains. The entire world getting deceived by Pharmacia seems to be a bit on the nose.
Things will get much worse, then much better. There's hope, but it's spiritual.

Idk, in previous decades I would've taken solace in the understanding that my civilization in particular is not important and that eventually, inevitably, after its collapse humanity will get to a point again of attempting a free civilization with high quality of life, but it's definitely hard to be as optimistic when mad scientists are fucking with people's dna, animal's dna, trying to play god with earth's climate and huge food chain systems, not just wanting to bioengineer everything and blot out the sun but actually going for it, it is definitely possible for things to be irreversibly fucked up, I think we'll see a significant shift back into spiritual fatalism in the wake of such things
The ultimate white pill is that you were told all of this would happen ahead of time so you wouldn’t lose hope when it started to happen. All of this ends with Christ returning to earth and setting everything right. Evil will be permanently destroyed and truth and righteousness will reign forever. Until then, things will continue to get worse. No matter how bad it gets, God is still in control and He loves you. This war isn’t yours to win. All you need to do is chose which side you’re on and endure until the end. As humans, we are completely unequipped to resist against the spiritual powers trying to destroy us. Once you know the truth and can accept your place in all of this, you will have peace.
