This law was redundant as it is already illegal. In TN, Public Indecency / Indecent Exposure is a misdemeanor and can be a felony for repeat offenders. Also, the employer of an employee who engages in this can be held liable.
Taking that into account, this law would not have ever been enforced anyway because the cops and DA's are complicit faggots.
