Reminder: the govt created most of the poverty especially due to the great wealth transfer during the lockdowns. And various ponzi schemes, bad policies, housing crisis, open borders, financing foreign wars, etc
There is definitely propaganda. For 10+ years they have installed anti-homeless architecture and at the same time have provided worse services in getting them treated, but instead promoted injection sites....to make more homeless and then not treat them.
Most homeless are mentally ill and don’t want help. Give them shelter and they destroy it or just leave to go be on the street again. There’s no fixing some people. And if they’re going to be street shitters and attacking people for drug money, fuck it, I’d rather we kill off the mentally ill who drag society down. Same for life in prison. I don’t wanna spend 45000+ a year to feed and shelter someone who’s committed violent acts against others and will do again if given the chance. Bullet in the head, burn the corpse, carry on. Let’s not pretend that dangerous NPC’s don’t exist.
