Because it’s not 100% certain?

Looks like it’s just different lighting to me.

If you’re so confident, run it through an open source facial recognition program and prove its not the same person.

No one who posts this shit bothers to do that.

Explain how the shape of his head changed then.

It is possible that these two pictures are of the same person, however, for that to be true, it would mean that the second photo has been manipulated to make him look "healthier" by making him appear to have lost some weight.

Could be a Damar Hamlin case. Could have taken a picture of someone who is roughly similar looking to Fetterman, but is clearly a different person, and then photoshopped details onto the doppelganger, such as facial features, ears, etc.

Not saying they did any of this. Just saying who knows what they are up to, but it definitely (and always) something.

Pictures could be taken years apart. We all gain weight, lose weight, even our bones continue to grow.

Angles could be different. The lighting different.

different cameras lens could stretch images differently. camera pictures could be taken in different ratios. camera effects could be altering images.

Dental work could change a jaw line or how people clench their teeth and the shape of their mouths and jaws. Noses continue to grow throughout our lives. Eyes can change shape based on how much sleep someone has had.

Skin gets puffy from eating too many carbs. Diet makes us looks bloated or lean. Hydrated versus dehydrated. Sun or no sun.

There's too many variables.

Based only on the two pictures above, i agree they look like different people. But not 100% certain.

The shape of the head is wrong....the guy on the left has a round head and the guy on the right an oval head.....like bert and earnie on seaseme street.,,, Best I can tell is the democrats are so depraved that they fake a death or incapacitated person to maintain their position in the congress.....

The body may be the same, but that head isn't even close.

a) a suggested actor tempting you to react. If you consent to react, then those directing the suggestion can misdirect your reactions.

b) the few suggest idealism to tempt the many to ignore IDE'A, noun [Gr. to see, Latin video.] aka perceivable.

c) one (perceiving) has access to everything (perceivable); others suggest "no" (nothing) to tempt one to ignore/doubt it.

LOL

Really does look like different person. I would have to see more pictures to make better judgment.
