This guys gets it. I’ve been intermittent fasting for a long time (decades) and sometimes do an occasional 24-48 hour fast if my body wants me to. Don’t eat if you aren’t hungry. Fast to control your appetite. Eats lots of clean meat. That’s it.
I would also add copious amounts of organic green tea and daily oil pulling. Do alternating brisk walks and weight training. Then watch the fatties stare at you with jealousy hoping their girls don’t come molest you. And they’ll try. You’re welcome.
Who is promoting it I guess is the question.
Is anyone in the beast system like rogan talking about it these days, don't pay attention. but hear about fasting occasionally from some people not being promoted by the beast system.
guess if the elites don't like fatties, why do they add poisons to the food supply including various additives that are used to make livestock grow fatter and faster, which are then added wholesale into commercially produced foods.
how long per day did you fast btw.
iv been intermittent fasting for around 3 years straight now. ill probably do it for the rest of my life tbh. I eat a large meal once a day between 6-8 pm. After the initial 2 weeks or so It starts to get easy and becomes the norm.
some personal benefits have been obvious cost on food.
consistent energy level and mood allday is nice too
a little weight loss, but the real thing keeping me on it is the mental clarity. Its game changer for me, I do my best thinking on an empty stomach and instead of having maybe 3 hours in the morning im in the zone most of the day.
a) living within the process of dying implies being resistance (slow) within velocity (fast)...fasting inspires resistance.
b) it's not about wanting or not wanting food, but about getting inspired to resist the ongoing need of hunger, which wanted or not wanted food tempts one to ignore.

Good stuff. The best I ever feel is when I fast from 6pm to noon next day. I'm going to have to give that a try again.

Easy: they want to turn starvation into s virus to prevent widespread panic as inflation spirals out of control, by design.
I do think fasting once in while is good for health
If it's catching on, it's probably just because people can't afford good food anymore.

Not all trends are from the top down.
Probably an attempt to reduce all of those jab deaths. Makes more sense than promoting exercise which is killing off athletes.
