Even in most cities today, you do not get fair justice even if the criminal is caught. The criminal usually doesn't get caught. And if the criminal is caught, the criminal usually doesn't actually get found guilty and suffer serious consequences. Probation is a joke in the USA and among criminals.
The only way these jew jab hustlers get what they deserve is if Americans take justice into their own hands. And even this is called "vigilantism" or "lynching" and is illegal. Justice should resemble something closer to the mob, but with protections of fair trial for the accused. Something more like the trial a bad guy received in a ranching town in an old western movie. But we have no community anymore and don't recognize people in our own stores or churches anymore.
