2020 stopped drinking any alcohol, no reason just didn't feel like it. could always drink a couple drinks and no issue. after that can't drink anything at all, even 1 drink just feel like shit and diluted so not even worth it.
Cinnamon and Ginger are very important for they are anti-amylloids, very important before to keep brain health, but now even more as the vaks bs is seen to be causing increase in amylloids in the body.
If I'd add one that I think is the most important: EAT FISH, eat the oily fish, eat the smelly fish everyone hates. That's why I'm over 30 and people look at my face and think I'm on my 20s. Sardines everyday!
Feeling gratitude for what you have goes a long way towards a positive and healthy mind. People who constantly criticize and complain usually end up with a crappy life and resting bitch face. Anecdotal, but I believe showing gratitude opens the gates to better roads in life.
Most people are severely lacking in vitamin D, which leads to a host of physical and psychological issues. Take supplements if you can't get it from the sun and food.
Eat at least one serving of greens every day. Spinach, broccoli, asparagus, kale, cabbage, etc.
Also, search the health benefits of radishes. They are a definite super food.

Was friends with an affable Chinese guy in grad school. One time he said that in China, you can go to the market and they have radishes in basically every color of the rainbow. To which I said, "That's why Americans have Fruity Pebbles".
I make an effort to stare at the horizon while walking my dog. I’ve read some theories that this may slow down deterioration of eyesight. I also rarely wear sunglasses outside anymore, as a means to allow all colors of the light spectrum to enter my eyes. Definite mood booster after being inside for long periods of time.
One big thing: Chin-ups/inverted deadlifts. If you do chin-ups in the correct 'hollow-body' position, they'll rip your abs, too. 'Pull ups' (palms facing away) are better for the back, but chin-ups will give you proportional and esthetic biceps.
Also: you mentioned walking, but just to deepen it a bit, your eyes should always be staring out at the horizon. If you look down, you'll end up 'lifting your knees' rather than walking.
I eat turmeric/ginger/garlic/lime almost all the time. I can't say that it helps, but it doesn't hurt.
The big key is: vitamin C, preferably as real fruit. I go for Pineapple, Papaya, Dragon Fruit, Guava. Grapefruit is probably the best, but horrifically expensive here. Since I started doing this, I literally have no aches and pains whatsoever. Like: never.
Oh wow! I do inverted deadlifts because I'm not strong enough to do the levers -- much respect to you that you can do them!!!
The weird thing is that -- I feel so fantastically strong, and yet I can't hold a lever for more than 0.2 seconds. Then I turn on youtube, and see people like you... and I can't even imagine where that extra strength would come from. It's mystifying.
But then I remember my farmboy friends from my youth, and I could bench way more than them, but when we wrestled, I was basically just a sack of potatoes.
Do try the vitamin C thing. Because we're on a 'conspiracies' site, I'll admit that I really think it's the wonder drug. Since I started focusing in on it, I literally feel perfect every day. There's nothing that I can do to my body that's not healed after a night's sleep. It's... astonishing.
Definitely agree on the alcohol. I've known so many people who barely lived due to their alcohol addiction. That goes for all addictive substances.

Fitness culture is so backwards. I blame Schwarzenegger
If I could get over my completely irrational fear of sardines, that's all I would ever eat. They really do seem to be the only true 'superfood'.
grind them and put on tomato sauce for pasta

Do something physically and mentally challenging every day. Push yourself. Ideally earlier in the day.
Filter your water. Also, drink a glass of water just before bed.
Moronga is a superfood and apparently has 10x the calcium, vitamin b, potassium, etc as other mainstream fruits and vegetables.
