One big thing: Chin-ups/inverted deadlifts. If you do chin-ups in the correct 'hollow-body' position, they'll rip your abs, too. 'Pull ups' (palms facing away) are better for the back, but chin-ups will give you proportional and esthetic biceps.
Also: you mentioned walking, but just to deepen it a bit, your eyes should always be staring out at the horizon. If you look down, you'll end up 'lifting your knees' rather than walking.
I eat turmeric/ginger/garlic/lime almost all the time. I can't say that it helps, but it doesn't hurt.
The big key is: vitamin C, preferably as real fruit. I go for Pineapple, Papaya, Dragon Fruit, Guava. Grapefruit is probably the best, but horrifically expensive here. Since I started doing this, I literally have no aches and pains whatsoever. Like: never.
Oh wow! I do inverted deadlifts because I'm not strong enough to do the levers -- much respect to you that you can do them!!!
The weird thing is that -- I feel so fantastically strong, and yet I can't hold a lever for more than 0.2 seconds. Then I turn on youtube, and see people like you... and I can't even imagine where that extra strength would come from. It's mystifying.
But then I remember my farmboy friends from my youth, and I could bench way more than them, but when we wrestled, I was basically just a sack of potatoes.
Do try the vitamin C thing. Because we're on a 'conspiracies' site, I'll admit that I really think it's the wonder drug. Since I started focusing in on it, I literally feel perfect every day. There's nothing that I can do to my body that's not healed after a night's sleep. It's... astonishing.
