The weird thing is that -- I feel so fantastically strong, and yet I can't hold a lever for more than 0.2 seconds. Then I turn on youtube, and see people like you... and I can't even imagine where that extra strength would come from. It's mystifying.
But then I remember my farmboy friends from my youth, and I could bench way more than them, but when we wrestled, I was basically just a sack of potatoes.
Do try the vitamin C thing. Because we're on a 'conspiracies' site, I'll admit that I really think it's the wonder drug. Since I started focusing in on it, I literally feel perfect every day. There's nothing that I can do to my body that's not healed after a night's sleep. It's... astonishing.
