I'm revisiting this. So yes the lack of blood from the two women inside the supermarket looks fake, the headshot with no blood, no entry wound,no skull splatter looks fake. But that first person who is allegedly killed looks pretty real on that fall.

They might have been shot when he did those rounds through the window. And/or they just decided to play dead without being hit.

As for playing dead, they weren't. One was slow crawling like something happened to them (but no blood) the other was on the ground as if hit. Video conveniently loses quality when he gets close to the area where blood should have been if they were hit. But it is clear from a distant shot there is not blood.
And if bullets flew into a supermarket, their first thought would be rival gangs shooting, not someone trying to kill everyone in the supermarket thus play dead.
In such an event people run, full sprint.
