Oh, and the classic, make it so banks don't check papers and illegals buy houses too.
Maybe that's all played out though.
Anyway, how's the housing market in Japan, where this demographic winter has happened already.
Not Japanese but I do know that housing in Japan is dirt cheap compared to the West. It is a combination of several things.
Part of that is demographics, yes. But part of it is also that houses are considered more disposable over there and thus are built more cheaply. Supposedly it is common for a house to be demolished and replaced every three or four decades
Plus the houses in Japan are for the most part smaller than American houses so that drives down price of construction too.
Well, I know that in Silicon Valley the developers are building massive numbers of expensive apartments and also $1.75 million townhomes, all of which get filled up or bought by immigrants. Here, the Facebook Amazon Apple and Google green card Indians take the apartments and the Chinese buy up the townhomes as a US stake. So the numbers have to be considered carefully as to what they represent. Here in NorCal, this is ALL to support immigrant labor. At Costco here when you go in, the entire customer base you see in the store is always foreigners and only 15% American. And maybe half the 'American' is Mexicans anyway.
The elite's longterm plan is to make us pay for our own demise. I look at what's happened to schools and I get so pissed off. White kids are the minority around now; half the teachers or more are black now around here.
When I look at current comic book content, it looks like many characters now are black, inserted by PC Disney owned Marvel and DC comics PC editors. I then wonder how many white kids now buy comics anymore because they are crammed full of political correctness, and the kids are surrounded in school by so many non-whites. In California, tax money from taxed homes goes to 'educate' white kids that they are inferior and PoC are the future. Which is why San Francisco just threw out half the CRT antiwhite school board.

The comics industry is pretty much dead. They make money off licensing IPs for merch with comic figures on them, and are no longer the "farm team" for movie ideas. It is a shadow of its former self. A classic get woke, go broke tale.

That's why you but land with the house. We bought much bigger house then we wanted. It's awful to take care of. However old farm houses were big because of construction and multiple generations under one roof. The land is what we wanted. We would of been happy with a single wide.
