When I was a kid I went on a tour of the local water treatment plant. The place was kept clean and spotless with one exception. The pipes where they added the fluoride were a corroded mess. This was years before I evere heard of fluoride being unhealthy or ever seeing Dr. Strangelove but it always stuck with me.
The biggest key, is to never, ever, microwave food in plastic. Always, always, take it out and put it in a glass bowl. Hopefully it's in one of those wax paper containers to start.
*This is going to sound like a shill advertisement, but I honestly think they're amazing.
I highly recommend getting a Berkey water filter. They're gravity fed, remove almost everything bad, including microplastics, pharmaceuticals, bacteria, viruses, parasites, chlorines, pesticides, heavy metals, etc. (but retain the beneficial minerals), they're third party tested, the black filters last for years, and you can purchase PF-2 filters which remove fluoride, and are amazing in a SHTF scenario. They're some of the best filters on the market outside of reverse osmosis (which are a lot more expensive).
I use a Royal Berkey (3.25 gal), and usually have to fill it up twice a week. A set of black filters lasts 6000 gallons, which means I can use them for about 15-17 years. I only have to take them out once a year, scrub them, and put them back in. The PF-2 filters last about 2 years for me.
While the initial investment is expensive, it's very cheap in the long run. I never used to be able to taste the difference in water, until I got a Berkey. They can even filter pond, stream, and lake water in a SHTF scenario, with the only caveat being that the black filters need to be scrubbed more often.
I had gut issues for several years then switched to spring water and now just use mains water for washing as of about 2 years after seeing major improvements in health. Water is life
It's important to note whether you have chloramines or chlorine gas in your tap water. Chloramines are worse for your health. But you can counter them in the shower with a Vitamin C filter.
In general, it's nice to be on well water, use an activated charcoal filter if you want, and a UV disinfectant to be sure your water has no bacteria and viruses.
A good filter makes the water taste great also.
Personally use an 'epic' brand pitcher filter. Fluoride, chlorides, pfoas, pesticides, pharmacueticals. it's great.
Having worked for years with professionals who put fluoride in the drinking water, I honesty say that they are not in on some conspiracy. Right or wrong, they think what they are doing is normal, and don't look past it as far as I can tell.
It's not particularly healthy. Thing is, it's not unhealthy enough to cause a problem in the occasional glass of water that most people have, which is why adding it to the drinking water is virtually every municipality of any size for millions of people hasn't caused a problem that is to big to ignore, even decades later, such as with lead paint.
If you go down the fluoride rabbit hole a little further, some think fluoride will solidify your pineal gland. This is why it's in our water and toothpaste.
I'm willing to agree that God speaks to us through our minds in ways that we don't understand, which may include the pineal gland, but I don't agree that the soul is located there, per se.
Whatever is there, doesn't need to be messed with.
If you've heard of adrenochrome, the stuff the elites desire, this is where it's located. There was all kinds of crazy shit about it a couple years ago.
Then keep drinking that glass of water 365 days a year, for 60 years or so.
Then brush teeth twice daily.
Then shower in it, hopefully frequently.
In sodas and juices as well.
Ever seen erosion or salt buildups over time from a small drip?
Not to mention water intake is really more like 1L/day though 2-3/day is quoted.
That's the thing about carcinogens and stuff that is bad for you over long term exposure, even stuff like radiation from the sun. Virtually everyone could take a glass of fluorinated water every day for 60 years and be just fine, just like most people could get plenty of sun everyday and be just fine.
It's very hard, on a population level, to tease out fluoride induced diseases from all the other shit people put into their bodies that cause similar problems.
Look, I'm not pro-fluoride. Quite acting like it. If anything, it's less of a problem that other things in our food supply.
Lead oxidizes in pipes, and get a neutral layer on it that makes it safe. It's only when the water is acidic, or base, (such as happened with Flint, MI) that the water eats away at the oxidation and it leads people to ingest lead from their water pipes. Even then, if you let the water run for 30 seconds before taking a drink, you flush out the stagnant lead particles and you're fine. Not that is a solution, btw.
It was long noted, though, that house painters, and lead miners, and their children, had problems. When lead was used in gasoline, that's when way more people were exposed to it starting in the mid 20th century and the mass usage of the automobile. Prior to that, lead paint on the walls didn't cause a problem because nobody was eating the paint chips or breathing the dust in from the windows, because they didn't have AC.
The lead piping in homes in America is the connections/joints between the municipal water hook up at the street, and into the house. That's were the problem lead came from in Flint, MI. I don't think there has been 100% lead piping since, say, the Middle Ages. Even back then, they knew that copper, for instance, had a purifying effect. In modern terms, it's antiseptic.
Frankly, I wonder what the replacement of copper with plastic in all the ticky-tack suburban homes is doing to people.
Most doctors dealing with Covid aren't in on some conspiracy either, but Covid still is a massive conspiracy.
That's the thing, only a small amount of evil people at the very top of the pyramid have to be in on it, with all the decent doctors, dentists, etc.. trusting bad data who mean well.
People are trusting scientific studies as fact, the problem is evil people are putting in bad data, with fluoride, and with pharmaceuticals.
When the fount of knowledge is corrupted, everyone else below gets corrupted data.
I'm fortunate enough to have been raised in a town without fluoridation. When I was younger and learned about all this, I used to try to convince people that fluoride was toxic and explain to them that in many municipalities drinking a single 8 ounce glass of water gives you as much fluoride as eating a centimeter squeeze of fluoride toothpaste. So I would tell them, I imagine eating the amount of toothpaste that you use to brush your teeth every time you have a small glass of water.
I gave up on that years ago because almost everybody I talked to about it, even close friends, acted like I was trying to sell them a bridge to outer space. Even when I showed people the studies on IQ, they were only concerned with the fact that the study involved large doses. The brain damage was not caused by nutritional displacement, so any doses can cause brain damage. You just don't see 3 to 4 points of brain damage in a short period of time. Even if it was just a single point of IQ lost over 15 years, that might be the difference between working as a gas station attendant or having your own successful business.
Everything the TV says is safe the common people consume.
I always liked it when I had a home with well water. That said, I drink milk mostly, and am not concerned about fluoride in the water in that I get not much exposure to it, either from showering or the occasional glass of tea made with tap water.

It's not even all Nalgene bottles. Some colors are worse than others when exposed to UV light, as far as leeching plastic.
At home I just grab a quart Mason jar for drinking water. Save the Nalgene for when I am on the move.

Yeah I've been on reverse osmosis bottled water from the water store for about a decade
Also, my wife has to rapid test a few times a week because we're unjabbed and we've tested the tap water a few times
Every single time it comes back positive, whatever that's worth
Haha fk no I haven’t drank tap water in over a decade
Have to shower and wash my dishes in it but just saying that the tap water itself when applied to the rapid test will come up positive
💯

It's in our water because years and years ago someone figured out how to sell a toxic byproduct of manufacturing steal to government
True. In the 60s it was added to toothpaste.
What does solidifying your pineal gland do?
The pineal gland is our receptor to God, where our soul is located, behind your eyes.
I'm willing to agree that God speaks to us through our minds in ways that we don't understand, which may include the pineal gland, but I don't agree that the soul is located there, per se.

High Fructose Corn Syrup is a huge culprit. Don't "muh sugar" me on that one. The body processes it differently than natural sugars.

Yeah, no you aren't! It depends where the lead piping is.
The lead piping in homes in America is the connections/joints between the municipal water hook up at the street, and into the house. That's were the problem lead came from in Flint, MI. Time to start distilling and hydrogen infusing
