Virtually everyone could take a glass of fluorinated water every day for 60 years and be just fine, just like most people could get plenty of sun everyday and be just fine.
It's very hard, on a population level, to tease out fluoride induced diseases from all the other shit people put into their bodies that cause similar problems.
