Another case of too good to be true, maybe he is being genuine, most likely he is not though and is part of a fake narrative being orchestrated. I have to dig up his history to find out more though and have any level of certainty, I think they killed Chavez and any other independent south American leadership and all we have left.
An easy to find hint to him being false, did he impose lockdowns? This gives an idea.
