When I was a kid, we had the DARE program and got many lessons about the dangers of drugs.
And, yet, my generation smokes a lot of weed. I did, too, when I was young. Quit over a decade ago.
Education is bullshit and you'll never prevent people from using it, just like you won't prevent people from committing murders, even though murders are illegal. But we sure as hell would have a lot more murderers and murderers migrating if we did make it legal.
