This new Abrahamic religion is a massive project which involves a very large number of people, preachers in places as far as South Korea are involved. Jaerock Lee proposed Jerusalem as a capital of the new state but apparently he was also a rapist! But there are many others.
The project involves touristic location, hiking trails, new age gurus, sustainability and climate change. Saudi Arabia, Qatar, USA along with US Aid are all involved.

You can't say that there is correlation. For example a country like Libya is forecasted to lose a lot of population while it wasn't vaccinated, while a country like India is reported to increase while heavily vaccinated.

I think the percentile of who took the jab depends mostly on how developed a country is. (i.e. Japan is much more highly developed than Congo so it's easier to force people into it. It's quite an undertaking for an African country to force rural people to take it or to even have the proper ability to distribute it.)
My attempt at answering the questions you pose are:
-WHO? highest ranking jewish Rabbis such as the late Menachem Mendel Schneerson in conjunction with multi-generational banking families such as the Rothschilds.
-WHY? In preparation for the next steps, more vaccinations and lock downs, digital ID, maybe the chip also, paving the way to 100% control over life, death, mobility and social status. To the ultimate end of absolute domination over the goyim.
-Why Now? This must have been planned years back. As technology and communication progresses they must have more control or they lose it all. They also must be feeling the pinch that it's taking years for them to prepare for the mashiach. Almost 20 years from September 11th, probably they planned it in 20 or 10 years steps.
But those questions are quite interesting would love to see what's everyone take on them.
The way I see it is they got the big boys to agree on it first (The US, England, France, Germany, China, Japan, etc..). Those were in it and in the know much more than any of others, also the politicians there must be better handpicked.

When they started imposing restrictions, if I recall correctly, Turkey and maybe Thailand were some of the last ones. We have very good examples of dictatorships like Egypt and Thailand who simply took orders from above. Those dictators did not have any people begging them to do something. In fact some people in poorer countries starved due to the lock-downs especially day to day workers.
In the US and Europe were brainwashing is more highly efficient they were able to fool a lot of sheep to ask for their enslavement. But in all of the poorer countries and dictatorships who lacked such propaganda they simply used brute force. They took orders from above. Dictatorships even received IMF money as soon as they imposed restrictive measures.
