I think the percentile of who took the jab depends mostly on how developed a country is. (i.e. Japan is much more highly developed than Congo so it's easier to force people into it. -Why Now? This must have been planned years back. As technology and communication progresses they must have more control or they lose it all. They also must be feeling the pinch that it's taking years for them to prepare for the mashiach. Almost 20 years from September 11th, probably they planned it in 20 or 10 years steps.
