Funny timing how this letter have somehow surfaced all of a sudden. Could be just another shot in demonizing Palestinians or it could be to prepare the public for another false flag that will be blamed on Hamas to whitewash the current genocide and pave the ground work for a bigger one.
I think not all are genuine, it looks like they have a dedicated person doing posts here, multiple accounts, bots, etc.. On one of my posts I noticed 2 different accounts made almost the exact same comment, later one of the comments was deleted.

The Jews of course are known to be fakers, but I can assure you 100% that the deaths of Palestinians is real. I know many in real life who lost people there. It's beyond ludicrous to even contemplate that Israel is not bombing Gaza.
Anyone who knows anything about what has been happening there since 1948 knows there is absolutely no need to fake anything from the Palestinian side. They are dying left and right and no body cares. They have an abundance of dead people, there is no need to fake it.

Notice their strategy, it's not always bashing their enemy, they are willing to say things like **ck both sides, etc.. if they can't have you on their side they would at least like to neutralize you or keep you in the fence.

The shirt was clean with dirty patches, later it's all dirty and dusty, as you mentioned one of the image may have been mirrored or the stain could be less visible due to the entire shirt becoming dirty later or you know, the invention of beating your shirt to quickly remove dirt. He was killed after he marched a distance after the photo.
From what I understand it's only clemaneuverers doing most of the work here and no one is paying him any money to work 24/7. If he deletes the bots and Israelis they will just come again, so I guess they just try to manage.
Also it's a fine line knowing whose an Israeli and whose not, they probably have vpns, etc.. to change their IPs etc.., also I'd suspect that a lot of the Israeli propaganda is so subtle that you might even mistake it for being on our side.
