Anyone who knows anything about what has been happening there since 1948 knows there is absolutely no need to fake anything from the Palestinian side. They are dying left and right and no body cares. They have an abundance of dead people, there is no need to fake it.

I know for a fact that A LOT have already died in Gaza much high than what they say, and I mean I know for a fact through real life connections.
