It's quite easy to recruit some Palestinians who are in Hamas to work for the Mossad/Shabbak (They use ways such as treating your daughter for cancer in exchange for collaboration)
Not all the leadership in Hamas are working for the Jews, most low levels Hamas are probably naive and not working for the Jews also.
Israelis assassinate every now and then those who deem a threat. So basically they manage Hamas, they kill anyone who is a danger, promote those would further their goals or who works for them.

Any color would look different depending on the lighting conditions, how the photo exposure was calibrated, internal software of the camera, angle of photo shooting the material. Some materials are more reflective than others. The world of paints is far more complicated that it first seems. Maybe someone who is versed in lasers can give the proper frequency.
I guess if you want full protection just paint your home israeli blue with an israeli flag pole and a big star of remphan at the roof and it should charm the lasers away.
