Fun fact, one of my aunts ended up in hospital as a result of taking statins (the drug that is supposed to reduce cholesterol). Statins can negatively effect your muscles, including your heart.

The TL:DR version: The fat / heart disease hypothesis was bullshit. Natural fats are healthy and are an essential part of your diet. Low fat / high sugar foods cause insulin resistance, which results in diabetes. He goes on to explain how industrial fats, margarine etc are toxic and should be avoided.

The guy in the movie goes on a 30 day saturated fat pig out by eating McDonalds every day (avoiding the sugary stuff), and checks his health stats before and after the 30 days. You'll have to watch the movie to see the result.
