There is no good possible future with AI. It will inevitably be used to make a human extinction weapon if it is accessible to a large number of people, or else it will be in the hands of a few who will have total control over everyone else, at least until they lose control and we either all die or are enslaved to the AI. AI development needs to be stopped as there is no possible good that can come from it.
This is a good thing along with the ban on CBDCs. However, he mentioned conservation in the Everglades being important economically. The Everglades are known for sugar production by the Fanjul brothers, who get huge government subsidies and are top donors to both Republicans and Democrats. The sugar cane farms pollute the waters with phosphorus and other chemicals, and Alfonso Fanjul has refused to let the government use his land for cleaning it up. In the documentary The One Percent, the migrant workers claim they sometimes lose fingers cutting the sugar cane and have incredibly low wages. In 2023 the federal government began investigating Alfonso Fanjul's company for forced labor. DeSantis doesn't appear to be holding the Fanjul brothers to account and is instead allowing them to continue manipulating the government for profit.
Yep. Google's Eric Schmidt said it was a "bug" that Google gave more than one result for your query instead of just giving you "the answer". This was their plan for a long time. It already happens when you ask devices like Amazon Alexa.
Gee, how did people survive in checks notes current year without digital ID? How one earth did anybody know who they were without a digital ID to remind them?
People were a lot better off in the past without all the modern things we supposedly "need".
If you think they're always logical you're very far down the manipulation process. I've seen all the main ones unwittingly contradict themselves and failing logic problems. They're word pattern machines and have no sense of knowledge or logic.
