Wow wow wow! What a post. I actually knew a lot of these things but never took it seirously. Also, what is amino acid NAC and NAD supplements in your post? I didn't see the definition. Also, a recommendation for correction : "Where is the *spirit" traditionally thought to reside in the human body?" Your spirit is in your gut. Your soul is your mind+will+emotions.
