It doesnt explain how they isolated the virus it just says that they did. While I can say I am a virologist and have only isolated the virus from millions of nasal samples that i put under a microscope and said hey that big one looks right for the virus, you cant verify any of that without the proof of my studies and techniques I used. But I have theories: mutated virus was purposely released and the fallout wasn't as great as anticipated but ya gotta follow through when the wheel's set it motion ya know.
