Breitbart was a lying conservative propagandist. He hated Podesta. He hated ACORN. He thought that them helping a fake underage pimp and prostitute in a sting operation was just as bad as the real thing.

In that tweet he wasn't accusing Podesta of any crimes. He was accusing Podesta of defending ACORN. The tweet was also over a year before his death.
Conservative activists Hannah Giles and James O'Keefe pretended to be pimps with underage girls and went to ACORN offices asking for tax advice. They made undercover videos which were heavily edited to make the ACORN employees look guilty. For example, they omitted the parts where the employees pointed out that what they were doing was illegal.
At least one ACORN employee reported the "pimps" to police.

If you draw a line from the building on the east side of the Brookhaven National Laboratory particle accelerator to the building on the opposite side, and then extend it towards Manhattan, it ends up right where the WTC used to be. It also goes right past the place on FDR Drive where Judy Wood noted some "toasted" cars. Could be nothing, but I thought it was kind of odd.
