with that 2nd tweet I see what you're getting at, I do agree he's talking about Podesta defending ACORN against the Okeefe string operation there. However, the other tweet is almost a year later and it isn't clear to me it's related. "defending unspeakable dregs" gives a much darker impression, why would ACORN be unspeakable dregs? what is unspeakable about it?
yeah, I think he uses the phrase to make an implication about Podesta. I don't think Breitbart honestly believed that ACORN was involved in underaged sex slavery or any other sort of "unspeakable dregs." He knew that Okeefe was pretending to be a pimp, the irony in it is that Podesta actually is one. That's what the tweets get at. I still don't see how your theory explains the second tweet.
Breitbart was a lying conservative propagandist. He hated Podesta. He hated ACORN. He thought that them helping a fake underage pimp and prostitute in a sting operation was just as bad as the real thing.
He tweeted about it quite a bit. Here's another one.

He uses the phrase underage sex slave in both tweets. Aren't people who support underage sex slavery unspeakable dregs?
