Very interesting, but i don't buy it. Why fake it? It seems perfectly reasonable that we could send probes to Mars, even landers.

That seems logically like what i would expect, others have said the fed will do anything to avoid another 08. Sold my house in December, sitting on a bunch of cash and moving in an inlaw suite. Quotes from builders earlier this week were 25% worse than i expected and lead to an untenable mortgage considering that the house is only 2100 sq feet. I'm afraid we'll just end up with nasty inflation and my cash will be worth nothing but i can't really find a way to improve that situation. Bonds/etc run basically nothing.

This would drop new construction prices i assume? My wife and i just got back quotes to build a house that are about 100k higher than we can tolerate, even expecting high prices.

Right, we never interviewed bin laden's wives to see what they were talking about and if he was a good kisser. We don't care if Eva Braun said Hitler gave the best Valentine's day gifts. They're irrelevant to our opinions.

But when someone OD'd and you have a narrative to enforce, do it up.

Most of the Google Earth imagery came from planes, i thought we knew that.

They're never going to stop. For those on the left who are confused - this will come for you eventually, this is fascist behavior, and you're a bad and weak person for standing by and accepting it.

Terrorist groups don't do things that are effective, they do things that are flashy or violent. Gunning down people at events doesn't kill the economy unless politicians let it. Getting a few guys to toss a bucket of nails onto random busy freeways each morning would jack things up way more, for instance. But they choose flashy because they're not rational people.

Good thing we shit on domestic oil production so our fate in America is intertwined more closely with the asshole of the world.

Yes, but the real problem is our overreacting which was done for political gain. You wouldn't know we were in a pandemic if the media didn't constantly tell you.

I think case numbers are inflated, deaths are even more inflated and it's all because hospitals are encouraged to report COVID deaths to get relief money.

I also believe that this leaked out of a Chinese BSL4 lab in one way or another and China bullied the WHO into concealing it. The WHO is fully compromised.

I don't think any of this is even really controversial, if people looked at this rationally and not through the lens of "if we can save even ONE life it's worth crashing the economy" then they'd see it too.

This is honestly the most important connection to the current story. Everyone should be learning about this part.

Anyone have information on how Brazil is testing?

I remember when I first heard about the houthis. It was still Arab spring times so I thought I should see if they were a tolerable faction. Made it to the translation of their flag and thought "guess not"

How a terrorist group can have "death to america, curse upon the Jews" in their flag and be considered acceptable is beyond me.

They'll just blow it off like the whitmer recall in mi. Gets enough signatures then the guy running it changes his mind either because he was a pied piper or threatened.

Russia, who has a GDP comparable to Italy. Their days as a boogeyman are over. China is a real problem.

Ever look at the violent crime stats in London before and after gun bans?

1
ManyDirt 1 point ago +1 / -0

If you live in England then how did criminals shoot up a strip club with Asks? I'm guessing that news story isn't in the UK, it's probably from another continent? Stay in your lane.

Citation, please. Before you give up MY rights, please make sure you even understand reality. Just because they were mad they shot it up? Two guys? I bet there's something else going on. I bet it's crime related. Onus is on you to produce the facts otherwise.

Then once you can prove that, I'm going to need you to find an example anywhere of gun control reducing violent crime. Good luck.

If gun control doesn't reduce violent crime then you're giving up a member of the bill of rights for nothing

Don't be a moron.

There's limited evidence of oil on Mars and we know Titan is covered in hydrocarbons. There's clearly an abiotic possibility but for some reason it's sacrilege to suggest that.

Screw all of the workers being okay with it, why wouldn't Russia say something? The PR coup of exposing an American lie on that scale during the vietnam war would've burned America to the ground.

No other choice, if they don't go vote they lose for sure and it would be legit. If they do go vote at least there's a chance the Democrats are lazy and under-fraud it
