"Nuclear power blocks" aren't really a thing. If I assume they mean a fuel rod/fuel cell, they're mostly harmless because on their own there's not enough Uranium for a chain reaction.

Edit: found and read about it, apparently its a building at a power plant, not the plant itself, and there are currently no changes to background radiation levels so no reactor damage has occurred.

I'm pretty sure there was a period of time where the hospitalization rate was almost equal to the death rate, towards the beginning when they were putting everyone who tested positive on ventilation preemptively and effectively rupturing their lungs.

Auxiliary Power Unit. Gas powered generator for getting the main turbines spun up and started, can also be used for emergency power.

TMI was a stuck open relief valve in an area that can't be accessed while the reactor is running, if I remember. If there was foul play, it would have to have been very hard to pull off.
