It's true. This article says that while Colorado for example prohibits using human compost to grow food, Gavin Newsom's California will not regulate that as of 2027. Newsom himself is pure compost.

When analyzing cattle mutilations, and seeing that there are no footprints or tire tracks near many cases, it leads one to think there is something abnormal and alien going on. If it was merely a Satanic cult, there would footprints. Also, these mutilations take place around the world. In one South American case, a man was butchered just like the cattle, with signs he was alive while it happened.

For example, if you have a bucket of red paint you can see the color when you paint a barn, but if you dilute the bucket with the ocean, it becomes so thin you can't see the paint anymore. Another useful analogy is that if you make a sound, if someone is far enough away, they cannot hear it, as it is diluted with distance. You in the US can't directly hear someone talking in Hawaii.
