True believers are so locked into the narratives that they will do anything they are told. They have blind faith instead of critical thinking.
Herd followers will probably say "I don't want to wear this, but I guess I have to" they will admit that things don't make sense or is negatively affecting people, but are unwilling to do anything about it because they don't have enough confidence in themselves compared to the institutions that govern them.
This is one important thing. This vaccine may not be horrible, but it's priming society and getting them used to injections of unproven material.
