Considering the attack by Houthis on King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh over the weekend, I wouldn't be surprised if it turns out Trump made the energy ceasefire announcement, without consulting either Zelensky or Putin. To "soften" the blow on oil prices when the markets open on Monday.
