Looks like it to me. You can see a horizontal scar across the trachea where it has been shaved down to minimize the Adam's apple. If you take away the hair and makeup, that looks like a lighter-skinned Wesley Snipes. I suspect they use the most compromised individuals to be their spokesmen because if they don't for the line then all their dirty laundry will be made public.

The "m" in mRNA stands for messenger aka the one sending the RNA technology, who is safe & effective; while the one receiving it becomes unsafe & subjective...hence "don't shoot the messenger".
