Friendly reminder: this College recommended both the clot shot and masking. They are one of the reasons I don't go to the doctor, even though it's "free".
a) College aka col (together) legare (to choose)...there's no such thing as choosing together without ignoring ones free will of choice.
b) Re (to respond) com (together) ment (mind) implies a consensus among many shaped by suggestions of few.
Even (balance) sets odd (choice) free...any free college recommendations imbalances choice if consented to.
