What's a mould? A hollow pattern of a particular form by which something is shaped or made aka the native constitution of essence within a process who chooses to hold onto a possession.
The mould represents ones mind holding onto, while ignoring that all of nature exchanges each being.
I don't quite believe anyone elects anything. We don't have elections. We have selections.
Telling everyone that someone has been elected is a very convenient excuse for TPTB to put into power whoever they want. We have been conditioned to this election thing so heavily, that even many critically minded people won't stop and think twice. They'll just be disturbed that their side didn't win, but all too often are weary to reconsider the whole concept of sides, parties, ideologies and all the rest of the system.
It's a ceremonial title, to distinguish it from an executive mayor, who actually runs city government. A Lord Mayor chairs meetings and represents the city. Think King vs Prime Minister

I thought the "Lord" in Lord Mayor meant he had to be nobility to be eligible for election. Does this mean the king made that guy a Lord first?
