There were shills that would come here and either argue in favor of state sponsored conspiracies (like flat earth, to make conspiracy theorists look idiotic), they'd completely deny all conspiracies and argue with people (like on r/conspiracy), or just come here to defend jews whenever they were mentioned (like TheImp and now DresdenFirebomber). It pushed a lot of people away, including me, who used to use this forum frequently. Instead, most of us went to other forums to talk about conspiracy related stuff.
The only reason you've seen an uptick in use lately is because JG5 began using it several months ago, which attracted TheImp/DresdenFirebomber, and JG5 would argue and mess with Dresden, who's a bad faith troll who always defends jews, and deflects toward "woman bad", natalism, and "Nazis bad". Then, you became a mod, which stirred up the historical animosities, attracting people back to see what was going on (like me). However, that "flourishing" is going to go away, because no genuine conspiracy user will want to frequent a conspiracy forum that's moderated by people who censor stuff on behalf of the people in power. It's antithetical to the purpose of a free speech forum, and the topic of conspiracies in general.
I'm really trying to learn here and it's been slighty rocky but it'll settle. I know I'm trying some new things and it might seem strange and I'm now trying to hear the community better and not my rigid technical brain system and I really think things will work out well here. Even the last few days I've seen very good things. Glad you stopped by to check, hopefully you see some other things worth sticking around to talk about.

You seem to think "censorship" is happening here but not at forums like ConPro. Now, I understand modern censorship to mean viewpoint suppression, while behavior suppression is the ordinary good purpose of forum rules across the board and is viewpoint-neutral. I've been auditing TINAE, and she is disciplining based essentially on viewpoint-neutral rules like disrespect and trolling (disruption). On the other hand, I got nuked because I helpfully answered a sincere question about what Jews existed who defended the oddities of the Talmud (I wasn't even defending it myself in that response). That seemed viewpoint-related and/or related to viewpoints I had previously taken in an attempt to sincerely interact with the forum's (unstated, evolving) purposes.
