To do otherwise is to disagree with and sin against God, how He made men and women, the differences among us, the varied responsibilities and headship, and the proper divinely created hierarchy.

God made Adam first. Woman was made from Adam's rib, to serve him as a helper. Man is the head of the woman, and Christ is the head of man. That is the proper order of things. Women are not permitted to hold authority or headship over men, in any regard, except through child rearing. Any other interpretation is feminist egalitarian corruption, idolatry, and sin.
You are exercising authority, power, and headship over men even by moderating this forum, by controlling what is said by men, by censoring what men say that you don't like. You are literally in control of what men are saying, which is the exact definition of what authority, headship, power, and control means, with regard to speech. You are not permitted to do this, in God's own words through the Bible, which is supported by the logic instilled in creation (i.e. how men and women are biologically designed, both physically and mentally), and the philosophical priorities that men and women have (men prioritize truth/logic foremost, and women prioritize life/love/empathy foremost). In all regards, man does and should hold proper hierarchy over women.
By ignoring this, you are rejecting God's word through scripture, rejecting God's creation of men and women, and rejecting the truth/logic God instilled in creation of proper hierarchy. You are currently in unrepentant sin, a very bad place for a Christian to be. May the Holy Spirit convict you of your sin and point you to the right path, so you can repent of this sin and be forgiven.

A woman moderating a board isn't sin and is not breaking God's commands. Do you know much about women in the bible?
