I'm cool with banning porn, banning porn would actually be a solution. The locking down of the Internet is not a good thing and they're using porn to get emotional pearl clutchers like you on board instead of just banning porn overall
Porn would still exist for people who really wanted to find it, just like all illegal goods do. Accepting (or even advocating for) complete and total informational control by the very people who were pushing the porn to begin with in order to eliminate those edge cases is absolutely irrational and what outs you as an overly emotional pearl clutcher
